• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate intellectual property rights of Novastone AI or third parties

4. Payments and Subscription Terms

Fees for services are specified in your subscription plan. We use third-party payment processors and may change pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our services (including AI models and software) remain the exclusive property of Novastone AI LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as permitted herein.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI outputs should not be construed as legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Novastone AI LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Novastone AI LLC against any claims arising from your misuse of services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms. Survival clauses including Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability will remain in effect post-termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts. If any provision is found invalid, remaining terms remain enforceable.
